PLEASE READ THESE AURINFER LABS TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS AND CONDITIONS") CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE AURINFER LABS WEBSITE (THE "SITE"), OR BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY AURINFER LABS APPLICATIONS, AI CHARACTER CREATION AND MANAGEMENT TOOLS, OR CONNECTED PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE EXIT THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES INCORPORATE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ("AI") AND YOU AGREE THAT AURINFER LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT, INTERACTIONS, OR OUTPUTS PRODUCED BY AI CHARACTERS, EVEN IF SUCH CONTENT IS INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. AURINFER LABS MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME; CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES FOLLOWING ANY MODIFICATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE UPDATED TERMS.

1. Agreement & Eligibility. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute a legal agreement between AurInfer Labs ("AurInfer Labs", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your"). By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf. If you are of majority age, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Permitted Use & License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AurInfer Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal or community purposes, such as creating and managing AI-powered characters. You may not use the Services for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted under a premium subscription. You agree not to copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Services or any AurInfer Labs content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. No rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise beyond those expressly set out herein.

3. Multi-Platform Deployment & Compliance. AurInfer Labs supports deployment of AI characters across multiple third-party platforms including Discord, X (Twitter), Bluesky, and Minecraft, as well as any future platforms that may be added. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your AI characters and their behavior comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and developer policies of each platform on which they are deployed. AurInfer Labs is not responsible for any suspension, ban, or penalty imposed by a third-party platform as a result of your bot's behavior. Platform-specific prohibitions include but are not limited to: (a) on Discord — spamming, raiding, or violating Discord's Developer Terms; (b) on X — coordinated inauthentic behavior, mass automation, or violation of X's Automation Rules; (c) on Bluesky — AT Protocol abuse, spam, or manipulation of feed algorithms; (d) on Minecraft — griefing, exploit automation, or cheating in violation of Minecraft's EULA and Microsoft's Terms of Service. As AurInfer Labs expands to additional platforms, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of those platforms and any supplementary guidelines published by AurInfer Labs.

4. Prohibited Content & Characters. You may not create, deploy, or distribute AI characters that: (a) impersonate real, identifiable individuals or public figures without explicit authorization; (b) produce, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors in any form; (c) are designed to harass, threaten, stalk, or target specific individuals; (d) spread misinformation, disinformation, extremism, terrorism or propaganda; (e) facilitate fraud, phishing, social engineering, or any other illegal activity; (f) circumvent the safety, moderation, or security systems of AurInfer Labs or any connected platform; (g) include, produce or depict any form of NSFW content whatsoever; (h) produce hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; or (h) automate spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or manipulation of platform algorithms. Violation of this section may result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

5. Minor Safety. AurInfer Labs takes the safety of minors extremely seriously. You must not create AI characters that are designed to engage with, target, or produce inappropriate or harmful content involving minors. Any content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement. AurInfer Labs reserves the right to implement age verification mechanisms at any time and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations relating to the safety of minors.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property. Any characters, configurations, text, data, or other materials you create, upload, or transmit through the Services ("Your Content") remain your responsibility. You represent and warrant that Your Content is original to you and does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. By submitting Your Content to the Services, you grant AurInfer Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services. This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to AurInfer Labs. AurInfer Labs will handle Your Content in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You retain all ownership rights in Your Content subject to the license granted herein. AurInfer Labs' platform assets, including character templates, code, designs, and other proprietary resources, remain the exclusive property of AurInfer Labs. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit these assets without explicit written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content & Data. You acknowledge that the Services incorporate AI technology and that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. AurInfer Labs does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, moderating, and taking accountability for all content produced by AI characters you create. AurInfer Labs may collect and use interaction data, character configurations, and usage information to operate and improve its Services and AI systems, as further described in the Privacy Policy. If AurInfer Labs uses Your Content or character data for AI model training, this will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy. AurInfer Labs shall not be liable for any harm arising from AI-generated content produced through characters you have created or deployed.

8. Account Security & Termination. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. AurInfer Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to violations of platform-specific rules, prohibited content policies, or payment obligations. Where practicable, AurInfer Labs will provide notice of termination. You may submit an appeal of account termination by emailing support@aurinfer.com within 14 days of receiving a termination notice. AurInfer Labs will review appeals in good faith but retains sole discretion over the final outcome. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

9. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds. All payments made to AurInfer Labs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Services and credits are consumable products that cannot be returned or exchanged once used. Subscription cancellations take effect immediately, with no pro-rated refunds for unused periods. You must cancel your subscription through official platform settings before the renewal date to avoid further charges. Deliberately declining or disputing legitimate charges, rather than cancelling through official channels, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension. If AurInfer Labs receives a chargeback or fraud dispute related to your payment, you may lose credits equal to the disputed amount plus any processor fees incurred and a permanent account ban as well. By enrolling in a free trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period and you will not decline any payment request upon trial expiry. To discontinue, you must cancel the subscription before expiry of trial period instead of declining payment. Relying on payment declines instead of cancelling officially may subject to a permanent ban. Fraudulent use of trial periods — including creating multiple accounts to repeatedly access free trials — is strictly prohibited. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, please contact support@aurinfer.com.

10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AurInfer Labs, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) the behavior of any AI character you have created or deployed on any platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (e) any harm caused to a third party by your AI characters or content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AURINFER LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED FROM AURINFER LABS SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

12. Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURINFER LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF AURINFER LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURINFER LABS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AURINFER LABS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. DMCA & Copyright. If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to AurInfer Labs' designated agent at support@aurinfer.com. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Services; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, AurInfer Labs will act promptly in accordance with applicable law. Counter-notices may be submitted by affected users. Submitting a false or bad-faith takedown notice may expose you to liability under applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict of laws principles and the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute relating to AurInfer Labs or the Services resides in the courts of Dubai, UAE, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall limit or override any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your country of residence. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute in good faith through direct communication. AurInfer Labs reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain violations that may cause irreparable harm.

15. General Provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable platform-specific guidelines published by AurInfer Labs, constitute the entire agreement between you and AurInfer Labs with respect to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. AurInfer Labs' failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from AurInfer Labs. AurInfer Labs may assign its rights and obligations freely. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and AurInfer Labs.
